Alberica (Biki) Rindi
Besides being our resident yoga teacher, Biki's devotion to health and well-being extends beyond the mat. She first trained in Swedish Relaxation Massage in 2021, later completing a specialised course in Chinese Reflexology. Her path then led her to India, where she immersed herself in the study of Ayurveda, training in Ayurvedic Abhyanga (oil massage), Kizhi (herbal bolus therapy), Shirodhara (warm oil pouring therapy) and Vadhana Abhyanga (Ayurvedic face massage). At the heart of her practice is a deep belief in the healing power of a caring, loving touch.

Anne Lyse Collin
Anne Lyse is dedicated to sharing practices that support well-being and help people reconnect with their body and mind. She studied Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage in India and is deeply inspired by yoga as a way of living, not only as a practice but also as a therapeutic path to support both physical and mental health.
She offers Abhyanga, a traditional Ayurvedic full-body oil massage that encourages deep relaxation and restores vitality. This treatment improves circulation, nourishes the tissues, and gently releases physical and emotional tension, bringing a lasting sense of harmony and well-being. For 90-minute sessions, the treatment also includes Marma point activation.
Her massages also carry her personal touch through the integration of Tibetan bowls, creating a deeply immersive and restorative experience.
